Strider

Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

Strider is a personal half-marathon training tracker run by an individual, not a company. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Access

Strider is invite-only. Access can be given, changed (for example from editing to view-only) or removed at any time. Please don’t share your account or try to access data you haven’t been given access to.

Not medical advice

The training plan and anything else in Strider is general information, not medical or professional coaching advice. Running carries a risk of injury. Check with a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, listen to your body, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for your own training decisions.

Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, Strider adds and manages an all-day event for each run on the calendar you choose. Those events are kept in sync with Strider, so changes made to them directly in Google Calendar may be overwritten — except that if you give a run a time, Strider keeps it and only updates the title and description. You can disconnect at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what Strider stores.

No warranty

Strider is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, be unavailable, or change or shut down at any time, and data could be lost. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using Strider.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above shows the latest version.
